# Parallax & Sway

A browser experiment in head-coupled perspective, local 3D models and motion-driven accessories. One viewer; an ordinary display; no special optics required.

1. Open the app over HTTPS (or localhost). Move the pointer across the 3D view, or drag with a finger.
2. Choose a local model if desired. The built-in Deskbot works without downloading a character. [File formats and controls](models.md).
3. Enable the camera and grant permission. Video is processed on the device; the visible preview is a generic schematic, not your face.
4. Recenter, then slowly move your head sideways. Optional calibration adds a physical screen scale and reference distance.
5. Enable device sensors on a phone to sway named hair/ribbon/antenna bones, or use “Nudge accessories”.
6. Start the inputs you want, then use “Fullscreen” in the view. “Return” restores controls. Unsupported browsers use a browser-sized layout instead of hiding the address bar.
7. Switch between 日本語 and English in the header. The preference is saved locally. Native file-picker buttons may follow the browser/OS language; model names, morph names and clip names remain the asset's own names.

Backgrounds and lighting can be changed from the controls. File contents and camera frames are not uploaded; reloading removes your selected files. Only numeric calibration and language preferences are stored in this browser. The site itself and the face-tracking binaries still have to be downloaded from the host. ## 日本語

モデルを読み込まなくても、同梱の手続き生成ロボットで試せます。マウス・指で視点を動かすか、カメラを許可して頭を左右に動かしてください。実写は画面に出ず、顔の位置・向き・目と口の動きだけを模式図にします。

MMDはPMX／PMDとテクスチャ一式、スマホでは1ファイルにまとまったGLBがおすすめです。背景画像・照明・立ち位置も変更できます。カメラや端末センサーを開始してから「全画面」を押すと、描画だけを表示できます。

右上で日英を切り替えられます。選択した素材は外部に送信せず、再読み込みで解除します。画像・動画を共有する際の条件は各素材の配布元で確認してください。
